Attorney Jim Higinbotham started his own practice in Uniontown in 2006, when he had 22 years of experience in law. The office focuses on different aspects of business law, and serves the people of southwest Pennsylvania, specifically Fayette and Greene Counties.

About Attorney James E. Higinbotham, Jr.

Attorney James E. Higinbotham, Jr. was born and raised in Uniontown, PA and is proud to still serve his hometown today. He is a 1977 graduate of Uniontown High School and went on to attend Washington and Jefferson College, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics. Attorney Higinbotham went on to attend West Virginia University’s College of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1984 and began practicing law in Pennsylvania the same year. He has been a solo practitioner since 2006 and specializes legally in real estate, probate and estate administration, elder law, and business & corporate law. As a practicing attorney, Higinbotham has been involved in and received the following accolades:
